The idea of Arthos is brainchild of three friends who met in college while pursuing financial markets as their alma matter. Together we learned the power of equity markets for wealth creation. Coming from humble backgrounds where equity investing has been considered a stigma and an exclusive affair of the privileged, this experience fueled a dream in our hearts to challenge these prejudices. With this dream and the urge of learning more about the art of building wealth through equities, we went on to pursue specialized degrees in the field of financial markets.

Over time, we had the opportunity to work closely with institutions and market stalwarts, gaining exposure to the deeper nuances of portfolio management. We realized that generating consistent returns in the equity markets goes far beyond identifying the right stocks. It requires disciplined portfolio level decision making and a structured investment framework.

Across multiple market cycles and through diverse roles within the financial ecosystem, we sharpened our understanding of equity portfolio management. Along the way, we also built a strong network of industry professionals whose perspectives continually broadened our own. These experiences shaped not just our technical skills, but also the personal qualities the markets demand i.e. patience, perseverance, and a long-term mindset.
